The gap between the last batch of SGs and the latest batch of SGs has been very short. The clontarf SGs, SG365-SG370, entered service a few days before Christmas 2017, with the last of the 2017 batch, SG333, only entering service on the 6th February 2018. SG333 was delivered in a trial livery for GoAhead, and was returned to Wrights for repainting. Only a week later, on the 13th February 2018, SG373, SG375 and SG378 entered service in Harristown. The arrival of this new batch, SG371-SG450, is not expected to withdraw many of the older AVs in the fleet, instead the intention is to replace the buses that will be transferred to GoAhead. Presently (18th February 2018), SG371-SG378 are in service in Harristown.

Summerhill's SG333 is seen operating Route 123 at College Green on the 16th February 2018. Though it entered service in February 2018, it was in fact delivered in 2017 so obtained a 172 registration (click on photo for larger version).
