SGs continue to enter service and we are now into the SG600s. Donnybrook are still to receive SG573, while Harristown have received their full batch of SG582-SG601. Summerhill are the last depot to get buses, with SG602-SG621 expected. These differ from other SGs in that they have a luggage rack behind the doors, with these buses primarily for Airport services (routes 16 and 41). So far SG604 and SG606 have entered service, both entering service on the 9th September. A few more are delivered in Broadstone awaiting allocation to Summerhill. However, the remainder are yet to be delivered, with Wright Bus close to going into administration which could affect the final deliveries. Back in the spring of 2004, it was AV385-AV398 which were held up due to Transbus administration. They did eventually enter service, however could the AVs get a small, unexpected, reprieve?
