There have been very few updates this year, Covid-19 making Dublin visits especially few and far between. EV98 in its flag wrap came and went, however thankfully EV23 was around Dublin just before Christmas when restrictions were lifted. EV23 carries a Purple wrap for International Day Of Persons with Disabilities, an almost exact replica of the livery carried by GT5 last year. Like GT5, it as an attractive livery, the purple standing out on the gray Dublin streets, especially gray and wet during my visit on the shortest day of the year.

I'm expecting the same sporadic level of updates for next year, possibly till the summer when restrictions should ease. From a bus perspective, ignoring the ongoing pandemic, 2021 is a year of great interest, with the introduction of the new PA class and the first round of Bus Connects, amongst others, so here's hoping that 2021 will be a much better year than the 2020 we leave behind. Happy New Year to you all!
